1. Introduction Welcome to Sky Pilot: Flight Manual ("App"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the App, developed by Cornelius Jane. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Subscription & Payments Our App offers auto-renewable subscription plans: Payment is charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal charges are applied within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or disable auto-renewal in Account Settings after purchase. If you purchase a subscription, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited.
3. Acceptable Use You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not: Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify any part of the App. Use the App for unlawful purposes. Interfere with the App’s functionality or security.
4. No Warranties & Liability Limitation The App is provided as is without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
5. Termination We reserve the right to terminate access to the App if a user violates these Terms.
6. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
